The following points should be paid attention to using oil sealing reasonably:
(1) Due to the design and structure of the axis, high -speed oil seal with high rotation shafts should be used. The low -speed shafts are low -speed oil sealing. The low -speed oil seal cannot be used on the high -speed axis.
(2) When the environmental temperature is high, polypropylene or silicon, fluorine, and silicon fluorine rubber should be selected. And try to reduce the oil temperature in the fuel tank. In the case of too low temperature, cold -resistant rubber should be used.
(3) The stress -general oil seal is poorly affordable, and the oil seal will deform when the pressure is too large. Under the conditions of excessive pressure, pressure -resistant oil seals should be adopted under the conditions of excessive pressure.
(4) The eccentricity of the installation is too much when the eccentricity and shaft coordination of the shaft will deteriorate, especially when the axis speed is high. If the eccentric is too large, the “W” shaped oil seal can be used.
(5) The surface of the axis directly affects the service life of the oil seal, that is, the high degree of smoothness of the axis, and the service life of the oil seal will grow.
(6) Note that there should be a certain amount of lubricating oil at the mouth of the lip of the oil seal.
(7) Pay special attention to prevent dust from being immersed in oil seal.
